Most orders are shipped within a day or two of the order placement. However, depending on what we have in stock, orders may take up to 10 business days to ship. Orders will NOT be shipped until we have received payment for the order.
Do you accept returns/exchanges?
We apologize as we can not accept returns/exchanges. Unless there is provided proof of damage during shipment process. Contact us at support@mittengourmet.com to file a claim.
What are your shipping limits?
At this time we are only accepting orders within the United States and Canada. As time goes on we would like to open this up to more and more countries.
What do I do if my product was damaged in shipment?
Things happen... Depending on the situation, we can exchange items if damaged within 30 days of purchase. If after 30 days, we can no longer accept the item and no credit can be given. Please email us at support@mittengourmet.com for further instructions. We do reserve the right to decline in any situation we feel is unfair.
How do I become a wholesaler?
To become a wholesaler to stock our products in your shop, or use our products in your recipes, Click the "Wholesale" tab at the top of our website. Fill out the application and we will get back with you!
